I am grateful for the hotel's location near the station and a street with many restaurants. The hotel is close to the main street and the promenade. I appreciated that the staff were friendly. The room was very clean.
the street was VERY busy and loud, I had to buy earplugs.

i was upgraded to a room with a balcony it had amazing city views. the location was super central making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. the breakfast buffet was scrumptious and included both hot and cold items i totally enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit selection
the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated it had limited options for a full workout routine. i wish there were more modern machines for cardio and strength training. maybe it is something the hotel can consider updating to provide a better fitness experience

the location was amazing! restaurants, shops, and the promenade were all super close. breakfast had so many choices and it all tasted great. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the street outside was really noisy. i had to get earplugs to sleep at night, it was constant noise. also, the toilet was tiny, i almost bumped my head every time. the air conditioning did not work well either, even after i told them.
